The event takes place in the Strategies in Light Investor theatre at LuxLive 2017.


Please check in at the Strategies in Light Investor Forum registration desk at halls north 1-7 of the ExCel.

Getting to ExCeL is quick and easy. Below you will find detailed information on all methods of transport, including links to interactive maps which will help you to plan your journey. We recommend arriving by Tube on the Jubilee Line to Canning Town, from where you pick up the Beckton-bound DLR train, for the quick 2-stop journey to Prince Regent for ExCeL. Or, for a more scenic trip, why not come by the river and cable car? All of this, and more, is detailed on the tabs below.

Tube or DLR

The Jubilee Line is recommended as the quickest route to ExCeL London. Alight at Canning Town and change onto a Beckton-bound DLR train, for the quick 2-stop journey to Prince Regent for ExCeL (West). To plan your journey please use the TfL map and links from mainline stations.

Important: please note trains will not stop at Custom House DLR station.

River & Cable Car

The Emirates Air Line (Cable Car) connecting ExCeL London and the O2 opened in summer 2012, making it possible to travel by Thames Clipper between central London and the O2 and then by Cable Car across the Thames to ExCeL London. For further information click here.

Rail

London is connected by rail to all major cities in Great Britain. In addition Eurostar operate regular train services to Brussels and Paris operating from St Pancras International.

London’s main rail terminus are Charing Cross, Euston, Kings Cross/ St Pancras International, Liverpool Street, London Bridge, Marylebone, Moorgate, Paddington, Victoria and Waterloo.

London has 6 international airports. ExCeL London recommends using London City Airport, whenever possible. The airport is located 5-minutes from ExCeL London by taxi or 10-minutes by DLR (Docklands Light Railway). The airport offers 350 flights per day, from over 40 international destinations.

Driving & Parking

When driving to ExCeL London follow signs for Royal Docks, City Airport and ExCeL. There is easy access from the M25, M11, A406 and A13. Click here for a map showing major local roads.

ExCeL London has 60 cycle racks in total. 6 cycle racks are located at the West entrance taxi drop off point just underneath the DLR walkway. There is no charge to use the cycle racks.

Greener Journeys

Example costs are £15 for a shared shuttle service to Heathrow, £17.50 to City Airport or £25 to Gatwick Airport and £10 for a shuttle to Kings Cross, Liverpool Street, Paddington, Victoria or Waterloo stations.
